We recalculate and verify every running balance in your statement. If the bank's PDF has calculation errors (which happens more often than you'd expect), we flag the discrepancy and provide both the original and corrected values.
We handle consolidated statements with multiple accounts. Each account gets its own sheet in the Excel file, with a summary sheet showing totals across all accounts. We maintain account numbers and clear labeling throughout.
